Auctions: A silver mounted Scottish dirk

This 19th Century silver mounted Scottish dirk, with an additional knife and fork, is one of the lots at the upcoming spring auction of Antique Arms and Armour from all over the world by German auction house Hermann Historica, which will be held on 17 May.
 
 
 
The catalogue text read as follows:
“Strong blade, double-edged at the point (minimally spotted), with fullers on both sides. Silver-mounted and finely geometrically carved wooden grip with two grooves and a silver-set rock crystal (?) on the pommel. Leather-covered wooden scabbard decorated with four ornamentally engraved silver mountings, a pommel-mounted single-edged knife and a two-pronged fork, each with a carved wooden grip and a silver-set stone on the pommel. Length 47 cm.“
